SimRaceCar.com was founded upon the release of NASCAR Racing 3.  Our name used to be OnLineDrivers.com.  After almost two years of car storage we decided to change our name to SimRaceCar.com.

What we do here is offer user cars available for download.  We do not paint the cars, we only store them for other drivers.  SimRaceCar.com acts as a central location for car files for drivers that race with simulations.  When drivers have other drivers cars on their copy of the simulation, it allows them to see their paintjob when they race online.

We hate registering, but! The reason we have to do it is for car filenames.   We want to make sure everyone has a different filename so they all can be seen on line!   We did it long before any other NASCAR web site out there for that reason only.

Any driver is allowed to send in their paintjob and have it in the public directory so they can be seen.  Having this system is one of the greatest achievements in online racing as well as exciting.

A central location is needed with a filename registration database so everyone has a chance to be seen in their own paintjob when they race NASCAR Racing 2003.  You register as a user, then may upload and manage up to 5 paintjobs and assign them to an unlimited number of leagues that you belong to.  The filename registration process is so you don't overwrite another driver’s paintjob, much like how you create your own racing id on the Sierra network.  Our site lets you know which drivers out there selected which car file names, and gives both them, and you the ability to see each other in their own custom paintjob / skin.
